Pay By Bank Transfer

Paying by bank transfer is available if you pre-pay in advance for your plan.

The minimum amount you can pay in advance by bank transfer is $1,000 USD.

To make payment by transferring funds to our bank account:

1. Navigate to the Purchase Wizard and follow the steps to order our Self-Hosted product. At checkout, select “Bank Transfer” as your payment method.
2. You will be provided with an invoice of at least $1000 USD. Refer to the second page of the invoice for our bank account number and instructions for making payment via wire transfer. 
3. Once the funds arrive the amount you paid will be credited towards your account. Each month you will be charged for your usage as normal but what you owe will be paid from your subscription balance. You can review your balance and choose to top up again once it runs low.

Payments should be made to our account with Wise, with our bank details provided through their U.S. partner, Community Federal Savings Bank. We can receive domestic U.S. payments via ACH or wire transfer, and international payments via SWIFT. All payments must be made in USD. Please refer to your invoice or statement for the relevant bank account details.
